PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for public health teams to track health policy changes and quickly translate them into measurable program and equity impacts. It centralizes policy documents, implementation milestones, affected geographies, and target populations, then links them to outcome indicators (e.g., immunization rates, overdose deaths, ER utilization) and data sources. The AI layer summarizes long bills/regulations, flags what changed, and generates a plain-language brief for leadership and community partners. A lightweight dashboard shows status (proposed/enacted/implemented), responsible owners, deadlines, and evidence strength. Reality check: most agencies already have scattered spreadsheets and email threads; this replaces that with a single auditable workflow. It won’t “predict” outcomes perfectly, but it will dramatically reduce time spent hunting for the latest version, explaining it, and reporting progress.
