PolicyPulse

PolicyPulse is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that keeps enterprise knowledge from going stale by continuously detecting, routing, and verifying “knowledge drift.” It connects to your existing sources (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, GitHub, ticketing systems) and builds a lightweight knowledge map of policies, SOPs, runbooks, and key FAQs. When upstream signals change—new incidents, repeated support tickets, updated code paths, vendor contract changes, audit findings—it flags impacted documents, assigns an owner, and generates a proposed update with citations. Review is mandatory: humans approve before publishing. Dashboards show freshness, ownership gaps, and audit-ready change history. This is not another wiki; it’s a maintenance layer that makes the wiki trustworthy. Realistically, adoption depends on tight integrations and minimal workflow friction, otherwise it becomes yet another ignored tool.
