It focuses on the painful middle: teams that have outgrown Google Drive/SharePoint chaos but can’t justify a full-blown compliance platform. Documents live in a structured library with owners, review cycles, and mandatory acknowledgements. Changes trigger lightweight versioning, redline comparisons, and approval workflows. A built-in AI assistant answers “what’s the current policy?” with citations to the exact clause and version, reducing Slack pings and outdated guidance. The system generates audit packets (who approved what, when, and who acknowledged) in one click. It integrates with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace for single sign-on and pulls existing docs in via bulk import, so adoption doesn’t stall on migration.
