PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that automates workflow approvals by enforcing company policies at the moment work happens. Instead of routing every request to humans, it evaluates requests (spend, access, vendor onboarding, contract exceptions) against configurable rules and evidence requirements, then auto-approves, auto-rejects, or escalates with a clear rationale. It generates an audit trail that maps each decision to the policy clause, required documents, and timestamps. The product focuses on “policy-as-workflow”: a lightweight policy editor, connectors to common systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Okta, Coupa), and a decision engine that reduces back-and-forth. It is not a generic BPM suite; it’s a narrow layer that sits on top of existing tools and removes approval bottlenecks while keeping compliance teams comfortable.
