PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors regulatory sources (SEC, FINRA, FCA, EBA, MAS, etc.), summarizes changes, and converts them into a tracked compliance workflow. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI handles classification, summarization, and mapping updates to your internal policy/control library; traditional software handles approvals, audit trails, and evidence collection. The product is brutally focused on small-to-mid financial firms that can’t afford enterprise GRC suites but still face real audits. Users can subscribe to jurisdictions and topics, receive “what changed / why it matters” briefs, and generate a change-impact checklist: policies to update, controls to test, training to issue, and owners/due dates. Every action is logged to produce an audit-ready report showing when you were notified, what you decided, and what evidence you collected. Expect messy edge cases and lots of human review early on—this isn’t autopilot compliance.
