PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile admin companion) that helps public administration teams manage the messy reality of public consultations: emails, PDFs, form submissions, meeting notes, and social feedback. It ingests comments from multiple channels, de-duplicates them, tags them by topic and geography, flags abusive content, and generates defensible summaries with citations back to original submissions. Staff can build consultation “brief packs” for executives: top themes, minority viewpoints, quantified sentiment, and recommended response language. The AI is used for clustering, summarization, and redaction suggestions, but the workflow is designed for human review and audit trails to avoid “black box” decisions. The product focuses on reducing time-to-brief and improving transparency, not replacing policy judgment. It also produces publish-ready transparency reports that show how feedback influenced outcomes.
