PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that gives insurance brokers and small commercial agencies a single, reliable renewal and coverage-change command center. It connects to your agency management system and email to automatically detect upcoming renewals, endorsement requests, missing documents, and stalled carrier responses. The app generates a daily “save list” with prioritized accounts based on premium size, lapse risk signals (late payments, unanswered emails, expiring COIs), and workload capacity. It also provides client-facing renewal checklists and automated reminders that reduce back-and-forth. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for email/document classification and extracting key fields (policy dates, limits, named insured, locations), but the workflow stays rules-driven so it’s auditable. The goal is simple: fewer missed renewals, faster endorsements, and higher retention without hiring more account managers.
