PolicyPulse is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that keeps company knowledge bases from silently rotting. It connects to Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Google Drive, and internal wikis, then continuously scans for “risk signals”: outdated dates, broken links, conflicting versions, missing owners, and policy changes referenced in tickets or chats. It generates a weekly “staleness report” per team, assigns owners, and enforces lightweight review SLAs (e.g., security policies every 90 days). It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules catch obvious decay; AI flags contradictions and summarizes what changed, but never auto-publishes without approval. The product is built for compliance-adjacent teams and fast-growing orgs where incorrect internal guidance causes real incidents, wasted support time, and audit pain. The goal isn’t another knowledge base—it’s keeping the one you already have trustworthy.
