PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns messy “hybrid guidelines” into operational reality. Companies often publish policies (in-office days, core hours, travel rules, equipment stipends) that no one follows consistently because they’re buried in docs and managers interpret them differently. PolicyPulse lets HR/People Ops define policy rules, map them to teams/roles/locations, and automatically surface what applies to each employee. It then tracks adherence using lightweight signals (calendar location, badge/desk booking exports, self-attestation) and produces audit-ready reports for leadership—without pretending to be surveillance. Employees get a simple weekly view: where they’re expected, exceptions they’ve requested, and what’s approved. Managers get exception workflows and a “policy drift” dashboard showing where reality diverges from intent, so policies can be fixed instead of ignored.
