PolicyPulse is a web app with an optional mobile companion that monitors commercial insurance policies and flags renewal risk early. It connects to your policy docs, loss runs, payroll/revenue figures, fleet/telematics summaries, and safety logs, then builds a simple “renewal readiness” score with a 90-day action plan. The AI component extracts key terms (limits, exclusions, endorsements), detects coverage gaps, and drafts broker-ready questions and submission checklists. It also tracks requested underwriting items and deadlines so renewals don’t become last-minute fire drills. This is not a claims app; it’s a renewal and underwriting-prep workflow tool for small and mid-sized businesses that don’t have a risk manager. Realistically, the hardest part is integrations and getting clean data; the MVP should start with document ingestion + task workflows and expand to data connectors over time.
