PolicyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that continuously audits commercial property & casualty policies against real operational changes. It connects to common data sources—payroll/HR, accounting, fleet/telematics, certificates of insurance, and property schedules—to detect drift: new locations, higher payroll, new job classifications, added vehicles, subcontractor COI lapses, or equipment purchases that should be scheduled. The app generates a plain-English “coverage gap report” and a broker-ready endorsement checklist, with supporting evidence attached, so insureds can fix issues before renewal or a loss. It also tracks key deadlines (audit, renewal, COI expirations) and keeps an immutable change log for disputes. This is not a claims app; it’s a pre-claim risk/coverage hygiene tool designed to reduce nasty surprises, premium disputes, and denied/underpaid claims caused by outdated policy data.
