PolicyPulse is a mobile + web app that audits your auto insurance at renewal time and tells you, in plain language, what you’re paying for, what’s redundant, and what’s risky. You connect your current policy (PDF upload or insurer portal export), answer a short profile questionnaire, and the app generates a “renewal checklist” with coverage gaps, duplicate add-ons (e.g., roadside, rental), and deductible tradeoffs. It also tracks life changes (mileage drop, new commute, teen driver, vehicle value decline) and prompts you to re-rate when it actually matters. This is not a quote-comparison clone; it’s a decision tool that helps you negotiate with your current insurer or shop elsewhere with a clear spec. Optional AI reads policy documents and highlights confusing clauses, exclusions, and endorsements so users can ask smarter questions before they get burned.
