PolicyRelay

PolicyRelay is a web app + lightweight agent that centralizes API and event policy enforcement across messy real-world stacks (Kong, Apigee, NGINX, Envoy, Kafka, and custom services). Instead of migrating everything to one vendor, teams define portable policies once—rate limits, auth requirements, header/PII scrubbing, schema checks, retries/timeouts, and routing rules—then PolicyRelay compiles and deploys them to each runtime’s native config format. It includes drift detection (what’s running vs. what’s approved), staged rollouts, and audit trails for compliance. The honest pitch: it won’t replace full API management suites, and it won’t magically unify every edge case. But for organizations with multiple gateways and inconsistent policy sprawl, it reduces outages caused by config divergence and makes compliance reviews less painful. It’s traditional middleware software with a small AI assist for config translation and policy linting.
