PolicySec

PolicySec is a mobile + web app that monitors local and state government agendas for church–state separation issues and turns them into plain-language alerts. Users pick their city, school district, and state, then receive weekly digests and “why it matters” summaries with links to original sources (board packets, meeting minutes, bills, procurement docs). It includes a lightweight action toolkit: one-tap calendar adds for meetings, templates for public comments, and a contact directory for relevant officials. This isn’t a debate forum; it’s a practical radar for policy creep (religious displays, curriculum changes, prayer at meetings, funding to religious orgs, exemptions). The app also maintains a searchable archive so journalists, advocates, and curious residents can quickly see patterns over time. It’s realistic because it focuses on aggregation, summarization, and workflow—not trying to change minds.
