PoliteBlock
PoliteBlock helps you say no faster by turning common incoming requests into one-tap, context-aware declines. Connect Gmail/Outlook and Slack/Teams, then create “request detectors” (e.g., meeting asks, favors, scope creep, last-minute work). When a message matches, PoliteBlock suggests a short decline that preserves relationships, offers an alternative (later date, different owner, paid option), and logs the decision so you stay consistent. It also adds a lightweight “capacity status” you can share: when your week is full, it automatically proposes fewer meeting slots or declines nonessential asks. This is not therapy; it’s operational tooling for busy people who keep getting pulled into other people’s priorities. The MVP focuses on email + Slack, a small set of templates, and a simple rules engine—because over-automation will backfire socially if it’s too clever.
