PoliticProof is a combined web + mobile AI app that helps employees navigate office politics with evidence, clarity, and safer communication. It provides a private “work journal” to log incidents, decisions, shifting requirements, and stakeholder promises, then turns messy notes into neutral, HR-safe summaries and follow-up emails. It also flags patterns like credit-stealing, scapegoating, exclusion from meetings, and inconsistent directives, and suggests low-risk next steps (e.g., ask-for-clarification scripts, meeting recap templates, boundary-setting language). The app includes a “receipt builder” that attaches timestamps, meeting notes, and action items into a single exportable packet for performance reviews or escalation. It’s not therapy and it won’t magically fix toxic cultures—its value is helping users protect themselves, reduce ambiguity, and communicate strategically without sounding emotional or accusatory.
