PollChain

PollChain is a web + mobile app for electoral commissions to track ballot materials and sensitive election assets from warehouse to polling station to counting center. It creates a tamper-evident chain-of-custody log with QR-coded seals, time-stamped handoffs, geo-verified check-ins, and photo evidence. The system works offline-first for low-connectivity regions and syncs when a connection returns. Supervisors get real-time dashboards showing late deliveries, missing kits, broken seals, and unusual routing patterns. An AI component flags anomalies (e.g., repeated seal replacements at the same location, suspicious timing clusters) but does not “decide” outcomes—only prioritizes audits. This is not a voter-facing product; it’s operational plumbing that reduces disputes by making evidence easy to produce quickly. It also standardizes incident reporting so post-election audits are faster and less political.
