PollenProof

PollenProof is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps allergy sufferers plan their day using street-level pollen risk, not generic city forecasts. Users log quick symptom check-ins (30 seconds), medications taken, and where they spent time. The app combines public pollen stations, weather data, vegetation/land-cover maps, and the user’s own history to predict “your personal pollen risk” for the next 24–72 hours and suggests practical actions (best time to run, when to close windows, whether a mask helps, when meds typically work for you). It also flags likely triggers (tree vs grass vs weed) based on symptom patterns and seasonality. This is an AI-assisted app: ML personalizes predictions, but the core value is reliable, actionable alerts. Realistically, accuracy will vary by region; the product must be transparent about confidence levels.
