PollProof is a web app (with an optional mobile respondent link) for election-related polling and surveys that prioritizes defensible methodology over flashy dashboards. It helps campaigns, journalists, and civic orgs run small-to-mid sized polls with built-in guardrails: sample planning, quota tracking, deduplication, and transparent reporting that can survive scrutiny. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for data collection and weighting workflows, AI for questionnaire QA (bias/leading wording checks), open-ended response coding, and automated methodology write-ups. Brutal reality: you will not beat big pollsters on brand or sample access, and you won’t “solve” polling accuracy. The win is making mid-tier polling less error-prone and more transparent, reducing reputational risk and preventing embarrassing methodological mistakes that are common when teams rush surveys.
