PoloClip

PoloClip is a mobile + web AI app that turns raw water polo game video into searchable clips and simple stats without a dedicated analyst. Coaches upload video (phone from the stands is fine), select teams/roster, and the app auto-detects possessions, exclusions (6-on-5), shots, goals, and counterattacks, then generates a timeline with highlight clips. You can correct tags in seconds to improve accuracy for that team over time. Share a private playlist to players with “3 clips you must watch” and a short coaching note. This is not trying to be a full Hudl replacement; it’s a lightweight, water-polo-specific workflow for teams that currently do nothing because editing takes too long. Expect imperfect detection at first—especially underwater contact and referee signals—but it can still save hours on basic clipping and review.
