PoloRoster

Water polo teams at the youth, high-school, and club level constantly lose time to roster admin: who is eligible, who has paid, who has a current physical, who can play which age group, and who is actually attending this weekend. PoloRoster is a mobile + web app that centralizes player profiles, documents, eligibility rules, and event availability. Coaches and team managers can build game-day rosters in minutes, with automatic checks for age-group rules, missing forms, and cap-number conflicts. Parents get a simple portal to upload documents, RSVP, and receive schedule changes. This is not a highlight or referee tool; it’s boring operations—because that’s what actually breaks teams every week. Monetization is straightforward: per-team subscription with optional add-ons for clubs running multiple squads.
