PolyClaim

PolyClaim is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps plastics and polymer suppliers generate defensible compliance “evidence packs” for customer questionnaires and audits (REACH, RoHS, PFAS statements, food-contact declarations, recycled content claims). Users upload SDS/TDS, supplier CoAs, lab reports, and internal specs; the app extracts key fields, flags missing or conflicting data, and assembles a standardized PDF/Shareable link package with versioning and traceability. It also maintains a materials library so the same resin grade isn’t re-answered 50 times across different customers. This is an AI-assisted workflow, but not “magic”: it requires human approval, and it clearly cites source documents for every claim. The value is reducing turnaround time and preventing costly misstatements that can trigger chargebacks, lost accounts, or legal exposure.
