PondPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted farm logbook for shrimp and finfish growers that turns messy daily notes into actionable alerts. Farmers enter (or WhatsApp/voice) basic pond data—feed amount, mortality, water quality strips/sensor readings, weather, and observations. The app flags abnormal trends (e.g., rising FCR, sudden DO swings, feeding response drop) and suggests a short checklist of likely causes and immediate corrective actions. It also generates simple, lender/insurer-friendly batch reports and traceability records without extra paperwork. This is not a “magic diagnosis” tool: it’s a practical anomaly detector and workflow system that reduces losses by catching problems earlier and standardizing decisions across staff. Offline-first design matters because many farms have unreliable connectivity. The MVP focuses on one species (shrimp) and expands only after proving ROI in pilot farms.
