POProof

POProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that enforces clean purchase orders and vendor confirmations before anything ships. It ingests POs from email/PDF/EDI exports, validates them against configurable rules (lead time, MOQ, pack sizes, ship-to, Incoterms, pricing, carton labels), and routes exceptions to the right owner with a clear fix checklist. Vendors confirm line-by-line quantities and dates in a lightweight portal; changes are tracked with an audit trail so disputes are short and factual. The app generates a “ship-ready” status and pushes corrected data back to ERP via simple connectors or flat-file exports. This is not glamorous, but it targets the boring root cause of late deliveries, chargebacks, and warehouse surprises: bad or unconfirmed PO data.
