PorkMargin

PorkMargin is a mobile + web app that gives pig producers a brutally clear view of profitability by group, barn, and week. Most farms track production metrics but struggle to translate them into real-time financial outcomes because feed invoices, medication, mortality, and weight data live in different places. PorkMargin lets users enter or import feed deliveries, headcounts, treatments, and market weights, then calculates cost per pound/kg, break-even price, and margin sensitivity (feed price, ADG, FCR, mortality). It flags when a group is drifting off target and shows which lever matters most. This is not a full ERP; it’s a focused “profit cockpit” meant to be used in 5 minutes a day. Exports clean reports for lenders, integrators, and accountants, and supports simple multi-site rollups for growing operations.
