PortalBridge is a patient-facing portal aggregator that pulls appointments, messages, lab results, bills, and care plans from multiple health systems into one clean timeline. Patients connect accounts using secure OAuth where available, and where not, the app supports “forward-to” email ingestion plus document upload to centralize records. An AI layer summarizes long clinician messages and lab result trends into plain language, flags duplicates, and highlights what needs action (pay bill, schedule follow-up, refill request). The product is realistic about healthcare data fragmentation: it won’t magically integrate with every EHR on day one, so the MVP focuses on the most common patient portal standards (FHIR where supported) and a pragmatic document-centric fallback. The goal is reducing the daily chaos for patients managing care across multiple providers, especially chronic conditions and family caregiving.
