PortalNudge

PortalNudge is a web app (with optional SMS) that sits on top of an existing patient portal and drives completion of the few actions clinics care about: intake forms, pre-op instructions, lab follow-ups, bills, and appointment prep. Instead of trying to replace Epic/MyChart or Cerner, it integrates via FHIR where possible and falls back to secure links and lightweight workflows when integration is limited. Staff get a simple campaign builder (e.g., “new patient,” “post-discharge,” “abnormal lab”) and a dashboard showing who is stuck, who needs a call, and what content is confusing. Patients get short, mobile-friendly steps, reminders, and plain-language explanations of what to do next. This is not a “better portal.” It’s an adoption and completion layer that reduces no-shows, incomplete intakes, and missed follow-ups—measurable outcomes administrators will pay for.
