On mobile, you quickly capture a short video of yourself (or a friend) doing an action, and the app extracts clean key poses and a simple 3D mannequin rig that matches proportions. On desktop, you can export pose frames, turntables, and a poseable mannequin (FBX/GLB) into Blender/ZBrush/Maya as a non-destructive reference layer. This is not a magical “make my character” generator; it’s a practical reference tool that reduces guesswork and speeds up blocking.
