PostProof

PostProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that acts as a “verified layer” on top of job boards. Employers must prove identity and job legitimacy through business verification (domain + corporate registry checks) and a refundable posting bond. Candidates see a clear trust score, verification badges, and a timeline of changes to the listing (salary edits, location changes, role scope changes). The app also lets candidates report suspicious posts with evidence; repeated violations trigger automatic delisting and bond forfeiture. PostProof doesn’t try to out-aggregate LinkedIn/Indeed; it focuses on trust and transparency for high-risk categories (remote roles, entry-level, visa-related, and contract gigs) where scams are common. Revenue comes from employer verification, posting bonds, and optional “fast-track verified” subscriptions for SMBs and staffing firms.
