PosturePing
PosturePing is a mobile AI app that builds real body awareness through short, frequent “micro-scans” instead of long workouts. Users get 10–30 second prompts (jaw unclench, ribcage stack, pelvis neutral, shoulder drop) and can optionally use the phone camera for quick posture snapshots. The app turns these into a simple daily score and a trendline tied to context (desk time, commute, stress). It’s not a medical device and it won’t “cure” pain; it’s a habit tool that helps people notice tension and alignment patterns before they become chronic. The MVP focuses on consistency: minimal friction, clear cues, and a small library of evidence-informed drills from physio/strength coaching basics. If you can’t get users to do micro-checks 3–6 times/day, the app fails—so everything is designed around adherence, not fancy analytics.
