PotPilot

PotPilot is a mobile + web AI-assisted meal planner focused strictly on one-pot and slow-cooker cooking. Users set constraints (cook time, slow-cooker size, diet, budget, spice tolerance) and optionally connect a grocery account to pull prices. The app generates a weekly plan where recipes intentionally share ingredients to reduce waste, then produces a consolidated shopping list with exact quantities. The realistic twist: it also creates a “prep map” (what to chop, freeze, or pre-mix on Sunday) and a “salvage mode” that suggests one-pot fixes when you’re missing items. It’s not trying to be another generic recipe library; it’s a planning and execution tool for busy people who want low-effort meals. Monetization is subscription for planning, grocery optimization, and saved household profiles; free tier includes limited weekly plans and basic lists.
