PourProof is a mobile + web app for beverage brands and bar operators to detect draft line problems, over-pouring, and keg loss using lightweight data capture and anomaly detection. Instead of expensive hardware-first systems, staff log quick shift checks (keg swap times, line-clean dates, foam rate, pour time) and optionally connect POS exports. The app flags likely issues—dirty lines, wrong gas pressure, leaking couplers, or training gaps—then generates a simple action list for the account and the distributor rep. Brands get an account health dashboard across on-premise placements: which handles are underperforming, where quality complaints correlate with missed cleanings, and which venues are quietly losing product. It’s not magic: the value comes from consistent, structured checks and clear accountability, with AI used to spot patterns and prioritize interventions. This is a practical ops tool, not a marketing toy.
