POVerify

POVerify is a B2B marketplace add-on that reduces non-payment risk for suppliers by verifying buyers and purchase orders before fulfillment. Instead of trying to be yet another full marketplace, it plugs into how wholesalers already sell: email POs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and existing ERPs. Suppliers upload a PO (or forward an email), and the system checks buyer identity, business registration, payment history signals, shipping address risk, and anomaly patterns (quantity spikes, unusual SKUs, mismatched terms). It outputs a simple risk score, recommended payment terms (prepay, net-7, net-30), and a shareable verification report for internal approval. It also offers lightweight dispute documentation: timestamped PO versions, delivery proof checklist, and communication logs. This is a web app with optional mobile companion for warehouse/dispatch proof-of-delivery capture. It’s a combination traditional + AI app (AI for document parsing and anomaly detection).
