PowerDrift
PowerDrift is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors data center electrical telemetry to detect early signs of power quality issues—harmonics, voltage sags/swells, phase imbalance, breaker stress patterns, and UPS/battery irregularities. It ingests data from existing meters/PDUs/UPS systems via SNMP/Modbus and normalizes it into a single timeline with site, room, row, and rack context. The app flags “drift” trends that typically get ignored until an outage or equipment damage occurs, then generates actionable checklists for facilities teams (e.g., investigate overloaded phases, failing capacitors, loose connections, ATS transfer anomalies). It also produces audit-friendly incident narratives and post-mortem packets with graphs and event correlation. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for known thresholds plus anomaly detection to surface subtle, slow-moving degradation.
