PPAOps

PPAOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps renewable asset owners and corporate offtakers run PPAs without spreadsheet chaos. It centralizes contract terms, delivery schedules, pricing formulas (fixed, indexed, floor/cap), REC/EAC obligations, curtailment rules, and notice deadlines. The system ingests meter and settlement data, then flags mismatches between contracted and delivered volumes, missed milestone dates, and invoice discrepancies before they become disputes. It generates audit-ready evidence packs (meter sources, calculations, approvals) and keeps a timeline of communications and change orders. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key terms from executed PDFs, suggests clause-to-data mappings, and drafts dispute/notice letters, but all calculations remain transparent and user-approved. Realistically, the value is operational: fewer missed credits, faster month-end close, and fewer expensive legal escalations.
