PPARiskMap
PPARiskMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps energy buyers, developers, and lenders quickly understand where a power purchase agreement can break in the real world. It centralizes contract terms, project data, and market inputs to produce a plain-English risk dashboard: volume/shape mismatch, curtailment exposure, congestion basis risk, credit deterioration, and change-in-law sensitivity. Users upload key schedules or enter terms manually, then connect market data feeds to run scenario stress tests (e.g., low wind year, nodal price separation, REC price collapse). It doesn’t pretend to replace legal counsel; it flags the handful of clauses and exposures that usually drive surprises and disputes. Outputs include lender-ready risk memos, covenant monitoring alerts, and a timeline of obligations (notices, milestones, reporting).
