PPEProof is a mobile + web safety compliance app that helps supervisors verify PPE and basic site readiness with quick photo checks and time-stamped logs. Workers or supervisors snap a photo at entry points or before specific tasks; the app runs an AI check for common PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety glasses) and flags “uncertain” cases for human confirmation. It then records who was checked, where, and when, and generates simple compliance reports for audits and toolbox talks. This is not a magic safety solution: AI will miss edge cases, lighting issues, and non-standard gear. The value is operational—making checks faster, more consistent, and easier to prove—without forcing teams into heavy EHS platforms. It’s designed for small-to-mid industrial sites that currently rely on paper checklists, inconsistent enforcement, and weak audit trails.
