PQContractor

PQContractor is a web + mobile app for utilities and field contractors to manage power-quality complaint investigations end-to-end. It standardizes what’s usually messy: customer intake, site survey, temporary logger deployment, data retrieval, and a final report that can stand up to regulators and angry customers. The app guides techs through a checklist (service entrance photos, grounding/bonding notes, load inventory, event timestamps), then ingests common PQ logger exports (CSV/COMTRADE) to auto-generate a timeline of sags, swells, interruptions, and likely triggers. It produces a consistent “utility-ready” packet: evidence, charts, standards references, and clear next steps (utility-side vs customer-side). This is not magic—root-cause is often ambiguous—but it reduces rework, prevents missing documentation, and shortens the time from complaint to closure.
