Practicum

Practicum is a web + mobile app for seminaries to manage field education and formation outcomes with less spreadsheet chaos. Students log ministry hours, supervision notes, and required artifacts (sermon audio, lesson plans, reflection papers) in one place. Supervisors complete quick evaluations tied to competencies (pastoral care, preaching, ethics, intercultural ministry), with reminders and simple rubrics. Faculty see dashboards for at-risk placements, missing requirements, and cohort-level trends without pretending formation is fully quantifiable. The app exports clean reports for accreditation and internal reviews, and keeps an auditable trail of approvals. It’s intentionally lightweight: it won’t replace an LMS or SIS, and it won’t “solve” spiritual growth—just make the administrative side of formation and field ed actually manageable and consistent across placements.
