The core value is trust: each order includes a temple-issued QR verification (or authorized-counter receipt) plus batch/date details, so users know it’s not random sweets sold as “temple prasad.” It also supports festival windows (e.g., Navratri, Diwali, Rath Yatra) with limited-time drops, preorders, and cutoff times aligned to temple schedules. Realistically, the hardest part is operations: onboarding temples, ensuring consistent packing, and managing last-mile logistics. The MVP should start with 5–15 temples in one region, focus on a few high-demand items, and use a logistics partner rather than building delivery. Monetization is a commission per order plus optional subscription for free shipping.
