The app forces a structured pre-mortem: it generates plausible failure narratives, highlights hidden assumptions, asks targeted questions, and prompts you to quantify key uncertainties (ranges, probabilities, confidence). It then produces a one-page decision brief: best option, conditions for success, tripwires, and an action plan with what to measure next.
