PrepLedger

PrepLedger is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that turns meal prep into a measurable system instead of a Pinterest fantasy. You plan a weekly prep session, log what you actually cooked, and the app tracks ingredient usage, leftovers, freezer inventory, and what got tossed. The AI component suggests realistic next-week adjustments based on your history (portion sizes, skipped meals, repeat cravings), not generic recipes. It also generates a “prep map” that batches tasks by time and equipment (oven, stovetop, blender) to reduce chaos. The point isn’t more recipes; it’s fewer wasted groceries and fewer weeknight decisions. Users can scan receipts or barcodes to auto-add items, then the app proposes a plan that uses what’s expiring first. If you don’t log outcomes, the app becomes useless—so it’s built around quick post-meal check-ins.
