PrepList

PrepList is a web + mobile app for pop-up and supper club hosts to build a reliable guest pipeline before tickets drop. Instead of blasting Instagram and praying, hosts create a waitlist page, collect dietary preferences and budget ranges, and run timed “interest checks” that predict demand by date, price, and menu style. The app segments guests (regulars, high-intent, new) and sends automated SMS/email drops with unique purchase links to reduce chaos and last-minute cancellations. It also includes lightweight tools for repeatable operations: guest notes, seating preferences, and post-event feedback tied to each attendee. This isn’t a full POS or reservation system; it’s a demand and relationship layer built for small teams running occasional events. The goal is fewer empty seats, less marketing thrash, and more predictable revenue per event.
