PrepPulse

PrepPulse is a web app (tablet-friendly) that helps cloud kitchens forecast prep, purchasing, and labor using real order signals from delivery platforms. It connects to Uber Eats/DoorDash/Deliveroo (where available) or ingests order exports, then converts demand into par levels, prep lists, and purchase suggestions by SKU and recipe. It flags “silent killers” like menu items with high refund rates, long ticket times, and ingredient volatility, and suggests temporary menu throttles (e.g., pause an item when a key ingredient is low). The goal is not fancy dashboards—it’s fewer 86’d items, fewer emergency supplier runs, and less end-of-night waste. It includes a lightweight recipe/SKU mapping layer because most kitchens’ data is messy. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for integrations and rules, AI for forecasting and anomaly detection.
