Users enter age, sex, conditions, family history, location, and insurance basics; the app generates a timeline of recommended screenings, vaccines, labs, and dental/vision checkups based on reputable sources (e.g., USPSTF/CDC) and local availability. It then helps users actually complete them: appointment-ready summaries, reminders timed to real scheduling windows, and a “bring to doctor” one-page PDF with prior results and questions. AI is used only to simplify medical language, draft messages to clinics, and extract dates/results from uploaded PDFs—no diagnosis, no “magic health score.” The product is realistic: it reduces friction and forgetfulness, and it keeps a clean record users can export anytime. Monetization: subscription for families, plus employer benefits offering.
