PreQualPulse

PreQualPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted pre-qual “reality check” that estimates a buyer’s likely approval range using verified income, debt, and cash data—without pretending to be a lender. Users connect payroll and bank accounts, optionally upload tax returns, and answer a short scenario questionnaire (down payment, property taxes, HOA, insurance, rate assumptions). The app outputs a conservative and an optimistic purchase-price band, a monthly payment breakdown, and a checklist of what would most improve eligibility (pay down card X, fix utilization, document bonus income, etc.). It also generates a lender-ready packet (cleaned, categorized, and summarized) that users can share with any loan officer, reducing back-and-forth. The product is honest about uncertainty and flags “high risk of denial” cases early, saving users time and emotional whiplash.
