PricePulse is a web app (with optional browser extension) that monitors competitor pricing, packaging, and discounting for a defined set of products or SaaS plans, then turns that into actionable pricing recommendations. You connect your catalog (SKU list or plan matrix), choose competitors, and set rules (e.g., “never be more than 10% above X unless reviews >4.5”). The app scrapes public pricing pages, captures change history, flags stealth changes (bundles, feature gating, free-trial tweaks), and generates a weekly “pricing memo” with suggested tests, expected impact ranges, and risks. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes changes, drafts experiment plans, and helps interpret patterns, but it does not pretend to know your true elasticity without your data. The MVP focuses on reliable monitoring and clear alerts—because most pricing tools fail on data quality and end up ignored.
