PrintProof is a web + mobile app for distributors, exhibitors, and localization teams to run a standardized “release readiness” checklist for each theatrical title. It centralizes DCP/KDM status, CPL versions, audio configs (5.1/7.1/Atmos), subtitle/closed-caption files, trailer packs, rating cards, and territory-specific deliverables. The app schedules automated reminders around booking dates and first shows, logs confirmations from labs and cinemas, and flags risky gaps (missing KDM windows, mismatched subtitle language codes, wrong aspect ratio, unapproved trailer). A lightweight AI layer reads delivery emails and attachments metadata to auto-fill fields and detect inconsistencies, but humans still approve changes. The goal is simple: fewer day-one cancellations, fewer angry cinemas, and fewer emergency overnight fixes that burn relationships and money.
