PrintSpec

PrintSpec is a web + mobile companion for printmakers to document editions consistently and generate buyer-ready paperwork. Instead of juggling notebooks, photos, and messy spreadsheets, artists capture a structured record for each print: plate/block details, paper, inks, process notes, drying/curing times, and condition. The app produces clean, consistent outputs—edition lists, certificate of authenticity templates, gallery inventory sheets, and packing slips—without pretending to “verify” authenticity on-chain. A lightweight AI assistant helps extract details from photos of studio notes and suggests standardized terminology (e.g., paper types, ink brands, process steps) so records are searchable later. The goal is boring reliability: fewer mistakes, faster fulfillment, and better provenance documentation that galleries and collectors actually understand.
