PriorAuthPro is a web app with a companion mobile app that helps small clinics and specialty practices submit cleaner prior authorizations and appeal denials with less back-and-forth. Users pick a payer, procedure, diagnosis, and medication; the app generates a payer-specific checklist, flags missing documentation, and assembles a submission packet (notes, labs, imaging, prior meds tried) into the format most likely to be accepted. It tracks deadlines, auto-reminds staff, and creates an audit trail for appeals. An AI assistant drafts clinical justifications and appeal letters from structured inputs and uploaded notes, but forces human review and highlights uncertainty to reduce compliance risk. Integrations start lightweight (fax upload/email parsing and manual EHR export) to avoid long enterprise sales cycles. The goal is not “magic approvals,” but fewer preventable denials and less staff time wasted chasing paperwork.
